Niskobudžetna pustolovna akcija, snimljena u ko-produkciji Egipta, Grčke, Britanije i Amerike. Redatelj filma je Jalal Merhi, a producenti  su Ilya Salkind i Jeffrey Taylor, dok je za specijalne efekte zaslužan Dan Martin. U filmu glumi pokojni Christopher Cazenove, John Moulder-Brown, Lauren Cohan, koju ste  nedavno imali prilike gledati u filmu Death Race 2 i serijama, The Vampire Diaries i The Walking Dead, a Amy Shiels, ćete imati prilku gledati u nadolazećem filmu Citadel. Premijera filma je trebala biti još 2010. godine, ali od onda su se igubile sve informacije o filmu pa je upitno hoće li se dogoditi i ove godine.

The coming of age of young Alexander, future world conqueror, from his boyhood in Greece to his assumption of Regent of the Land, after proving his worth to his father, the demanding King Phillip.

Set in Macedonia, north of Greece, in 340BC –
sixteen-year-old Alexander is still at school, under the tutelage of the great philosopher Aristotle, but he is old enough to engage in battle and he and his friends are eager to become fighting men. While his father, King Philip of Macedon, is distracted with keeping his unruly empire under control, Alexander must take responsibility for the welfare of his mother and sister — and, as treachery and death engulf the city, must take control to protect his father and his future.
