Iako plakat donekle sugerira takvo nešto, ipak nije riječ o ekranizaciji poznatog serijala Hitman: Codename 47 (uskoro BTW izlazi novi nastavak, Hitman: Absolution). No ne može se poreći da glavni glumac, Luke Goss (mogli ste gla gledati u filmovima kao što su Pressed, Witchville, Blood Out, Hellboy II: The Golden Army, Blade II, a tu je i nadolazeći Seven Below aka Seven Below Zero), ne sliči na junaka spomenutih video-igara. Bilo kako bilo, Interview with a Hitman bi trebao izaći do kraja 2012. ali točan datum još nije poznat.
