Američki nezavisni horor od ko-producenta,  scenariste i redatelja, Ricka Spalla, kojem je ovo prvi cijelovečernji film. U filmu glume: David Alan Graf i Nick Nicotera. Za specijalne efekte (dizajner odijela za stvorenje) je zaslužan Jeffrey S. Farley, dok su za vizalne efekte zaslužni Malcolm A.S. Sim i Ken Pellegrino. Film je dostupan za kupnju ili distribuciju od 11. mjeseca 2011. na AFM-u (American Film Market), tako da još nije poznato da li će se prikazivati u kinu, ili će možda izaći direktno na DVD.

Eight college students set out on a perilous adventure in pursuit of their Senior Thesis Architecture Project. They arrive at an abandoned sanitarium where Jessica Brighton (Parisse Boothe) and love interest Ryan Easton (Ryan Blakeley Smith) soon find information that proves Jessica is the daughter of a former patient named Jennifer Brighton.
Jennifer had another child with the head Doctor while a resident in the sanitarium. The doctor performed massive experimentations on the baby. The students, arriving twenty years later, are led to tumultuous, head to head, confrontations, and even death.
