Ovaj meksički niskobudžetni horror triler je inače remake španjolskog filma Island of the Damned, a dolazi nam od redatelja i ko-scenarista Makinova, a govori o mladom bračnom paru koji odluči otići na odmor na jedan osamljeni otok, ali ubrzo po dolasku saznaju da je gotovo cijeli otok napušten, te da su djeca pobila sve odrasle osobe. Budžet filma iznosi 12 milijuna meksičkih pesosa, odnosno preračunato u američke dolare, svega 937 tisuća $.  U glavnim ulogama su Daniel Giménez Cacho, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Vinessa Shaw, te još neki. Film je premijerno prikazan prošle godine na Toronto International Film Festivalu, a u međuvremenu je bio prikazan još i na Austin Fantastic Festu, Fantastic Festu, Sitges Film Festivalu, Turin Film Festivalu i Gerardmer International Fantasy Film Festivalu. Film u američka kina dolazi 22. ožujka 2013., a ruska premijera je zakazana za 27. lipnja 2013.

Beth (Vinessa Shaw) and Francis (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), a young married couple, are on holiday together when they venture to a beautiful, but highly remote, island. Beth is pregnant and the two are hoping to enjoy their last vacation before their baby is born. When they arrive, they notice that while there are plenty of children present, the adults all seem to be missing. Initially attributing this to the after effects of a recent festival, they quickly realize something far more sinister is afoot. The two will face terror and unsettling difficult decisions in their quest to make it off the island alive.
